Deposit, Cancellation & Change Policy
48 hour CANCELLATION Policy
When you book a "regular" reservation (not during a Holiday or Peak Season listed below) there is a $30 deposit PER DOG which is refundable with 48 hours notice of cancellation.

NO SHOWS or LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE
Will be charged 100% of the cost of the reservation.
48 hour CHANGE Policy
There is no refund or credit for voluntary early departure without 48 hours notice.
Example: Your reservation is for Monday through Sunday. You decide to come home on Friday. If you notify us on Wednesday (48 hours in advance) of your intent to pick up on Friday, we will gladly change your reservation with no penalty. If you call us on the way home on Friday to let us know you are picking up that afternoon instead of Sunday, you will be charged for the full stay because we will not have time to fill the vacated space.
Holiday/Peak Season Deposit & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to:
- Spring Break*
- Week of Memorial Day*
- Week of 4th of July*
- Thanksgiving* (School Break Period)
- Christmas* through New Years* (School Break period)
- 5+ days during Peak Season: May 1 - August 31
- Any stay 10 days or more
*There is a 3-night minimum for the Holidays listed above.
During these time periods, a 50% Deposit is Required.
Deposit Refund Policy:
If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit less a $75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be refunded.
If you cancel for any reason whatsoever with less than 7 full days notice, the entire deposit is nonrefundable.
NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE RESERVATION COST.
