There is a 3-night minimum for the Holidays* listed above.
During these time periods, a $75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee is due when the reservation is confirmed.
This fee does go towards satisfying your total reservation cost.
If your reservation is 5+ days, a 50% Deposit will be required as well.
(The $75 will included in the 50% Deposit.)
If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit less the $75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be refunded.
If you cancel for any reason with less than 7 days notice, the entire deposit is nonrefundable.
Why? Because our customer base has increased with the growth in the area, but our capacity has remained the same.
When we confirm a reservation, we are making a commitment to you to board your dog. We are asking you for the same commitment to us. Canine Country Club wants to be your Plan A - not your Backup Plan - so we are requiring a more significant deposit, and more time to fill your spot should your plans change.

Effective 9/1/22, we are requiring the CIV H3N2 vaccine to protect all our guests from Canine Influenza. Dogs must be inoculated with the initial shot a minimum of 5-7 days prior to boarding. There is a second booster shot due 3 weeks later. Check with your vet ASAP - the vaccine is in short supply!
