Regular Deposits & Cancellation Policy
48 hour Cancellation Policy
When you book a "regular" reservation (not during a Holiday or Peak Season listed below) there is a $30 REFUNDABLE deposit as long as you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Holiday/Peak Season Deposit and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to:
- Spring Break
- Week of Memorial Day
- Week of 4th of July
- Thanksgiving (School Break Period)
- Christmas through New Years (School Break period)
- 5+ days during Peak Season: May 1 - August 31
- Any stay 10 days or more
There is a 3-night minimum for the Holidays listed above.
During these time periods, a 50% Deposit is Required.
Deposit Refund Policy:
If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit less a $75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be refunded.
If you cancel for any reason whatsoever with less than 7 days notice, the entire deposit is nonrefundable.
Canine Influenza Vaccine Required
In addition to the standard core vaccines, we do require the Dog Flu vaccine.
