Deposit and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to:
- Spring Break
- Week of Memorial Day
- Week of 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (School Break Period)
- Christmas through New Years (School Break period)
- 5+ days during Peak Season: May 1 - August 31
- Any stay 10 days or more
There is a 3-night minimum for the Holidays listed above.
During these time periods, a 50% Deposit is Required.
Deposit Refund Policy:
If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit less a $75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be refunded.
If you cancel for any reason whatsoever with less than 7 days notice, the entire deposit is nonrefundable.
Why? Because our customer base has increased with the growth in the area, but our capacity has remained the same. When we confirm a reservation, we are making a commitment to you to board your dog. We are asking you for the same commitment to us. Thank you for your understanding of our limited space, and respect and cooperation with regard to this policy.
Canine Influenza Vaccine Required
In addition to the standard core vaccines, we do require the Dog Flu vaccine.
