48 hour CANCELLATION Policy
When you book a "regular" reservation (not during a Holiday or Peak Season listed below) there is a $30 deposit which is refundable with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
48 hour CHANGE Policy
There is no refund or credit for voluntary early departure without 48 hours notice.
Holiday/Peak Season Deposit & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to:
- Spring Break*
- Week of Memorial Day*
- Week of 4th of July*
- Thanksgiving* (School Break Period)
- Christmas* through New Years* (School Break period)
- 5+ days during Peak Season: May 1 - August 31
- Any stay 10 days or more
*There is a 3-night minimum for the Holidays listed above.
During these time periods, a 50% Deposit is Required.
Deposit Refund Policy:
If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit less a $75 Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be refunded.
If you cancel for any reason whatsoever with less than 7 full days notice, the entire deposit is nonrefundable.
Closed for Vacation January 21 - February 1
We will be closed for family vacation and building maintenance 1/21 - 2/1. Reservation requests for future dates will be approved during this closure.
